A graduate of the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, Bharadwaj’s name has become synonymous with green architecture and he’s widely known as the go to promoter of sustainable development in the NCR.

3C has also tied-up with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for branded residences in a mixed land use project in Noida.

Vidur Bharadwaj, director at The 3C Company, said Four Seasons was a completely "green" project. "It will be the new benchmark for luxury in the Indian hospitality market and create healthy competition for major Indian hotel chains, " Bharadwaj said.

Real estate developer 3C Company is expected to build Delhi One, a shopping arcade meant for high end luxury brands in Noida on the outskirts of Delhi, by 2015. The development will also house a Four Seasons Hotel, apart from residential and commercial buildings.
